BUSINESS AGAINST CRIME SOUTH AFRICA CALL FOR RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP
-Johannesburg
12/03/2010
Business Against Crime South Africa notes with regret the increasing use of inflammatory language in the national discourse. Such language is often dismissive of the laws and lawmakers of the country and runs the risk of inciting violence, crime, division and disorder.
In the interests of a safer and more crime free South Africa, we call on the collective leadership of the African National Congress to respond decisively to those senior national political office bearers, whose irresponsible speeches undermine both our democracy and the rule of law.
On behalf of Business Against Crime South Africa,
Mr M J Lamberti, Chairman
